The notable exception is mental health, where AXA includes up to 8 sessions of pre-existing mental health support as part of core cover. Your annual points total determines your AXA Status.

You can add or remove cover options at any time via your AXA member account, and adjust your hospital list and excess. If you ever need to cancel, you can do so without penalty. We'd always recommend speaking to our team first to make sure you don't leave a critical cover gap.
